Cancellation and Refund Policies

To cancel your purchase and obtain a refund, you must request your money back within 24 hours of the purchase.

Your email refund request must contain information about the product your purchased, the date of the purchase, and the email and name associated with any such purchase.
You are not required to submit any proof that you have completed any work or meet any other requirements. If you request a refund within the applicable time period with the required information, we will rescind access to the product or will request that it be returned and will give you a full refund through our payment processing system.
If you receive a refund to a digital product or program that you have purchased, the refund shall immediately terminate all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
Money-Back Guarantee
To obtain a refund, you must request your money back within 14 days of the purchase. You may request your money back by emailing [email protected].
Our money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms and conditions, ALL OF WHICH MUST BE MET:
Your email refund request must contain information about the product you purchased, the date of the purchase, and the email and name associated with the purchase.
You are required to submit proof that you gave the program a fair attempt, which includes:
Completion of all companion guides provided within the program, available during the 14-day refund period.
Attendance at any available coaching sessions during the 14-day refund period.
Viewing all training videos available during the 14-day refund period.
Completion of the weekly evaluation forms and progress checkins.
Any other actions requested as part of the program purchased.
If you request a refund and do not include the required information by the end of the Refund Period, you will not be granted a refund.
If you request a refund within the applicable time period with the required information, we will rescind access to the product or request that it be returned and will provide a full refund through our payment processing system.
If you receive a refund for a digital product or program that you have purchased, the refund shall immediately terminate all licenses granted to you to use the material provided. Changes To the Terms Of Use
We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
Jurisdiction
This agreement between you, the user, and Tanya Auger Nutrition, shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Ontario in any proceeding related to this agreement.
